Yes — contact us within 2 hours of placing your order via WhatsApp or email and we will do our best to accommodate changes. Once a batch has been prepared, cancellations may not be possible.

We dispatch orders within 2–3 business days of payment confirmation. Delivery typically takes 3–7 days depending on your location within India.
Yes! Orders above ₹300 qualify for free delivery across India. Orders below ₹300 attract a flat ₹50 shipping charge.
We currently ship only within India. International shipping is something we are actively exploring — stay tuned!

Products
All Kuptee products are 100% vegetarian. Several products are also vegan — look for the green Vegan badge on the product page.
Never. We use zero artificial preservatives, colours, or additives. Every batch is made fresh in small quantities each week.
Unopened jars last 3–4 months from the dispatch date when stored in a cool, dry place. Once opened, refrigerate and consume within 4 weeks for best flavour.

Payments
We accept all major UPI apps (GPay, PhonePe, Paytm, BHIM), net banking, and debit/credit cards. You can also pay on WhatsApp using the UPI link we share.
Absolutely. All payments are processed through standard UPI infrastructure — we never store card or bank details on our servers.

Returns & Refunds
We accept returns on unopened, undamaged products within 7 days of delivery. If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us immediately with a photo and we will arrange a replacement or full refund.
Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days back to your original payment method.
